4N25 Optocoupler
The 4N25 is a general purpose 6-pin Optocoupler. It consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor in a 6-pin dual in-line package. The applications of the 4N25 include Power supply regulators, Digital logic inputs, Microprocessor inputs.
